Exchange or Refund Terms

Customers may return both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us by email using the contact details provided on our website. Please include your order number and indicate whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will send you the return instructions and the return shipping address by email.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 days using the original payment method.

If you prefer an exchange, we will replace the product with the same item, subject to availability. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable product may be offered.

If the return is due to an incorrect product supplied or damage during transport, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
